One of the smallest table saws on the market. This machine is specialized to cut the smallest pieces whenever working with a regular circular saw is impossible and too dangerous. The high-performance 110-120V motor is very quiet and has a prolonged life expectancy. The transmission of power through a belt drive ensures proper torque. Utilizing quality ball-bearings throughout the drive system, a blade cutting speed of 5,000 RPM allows proper application of cuts.
Cutting depths are as follows: in wood up to 5/16 inch (8 millimeter), in plastic (also circuit boards) up to approximately 1/8" (3 millimeters), in non-ferrous metals up to 1/16 inches (1.5 millimeter). Even fiberglass reinforced plastics can be cut with the carbide tipped saw blade (available as accessory). The machined and perfectly surfaced aluminum worktable in size 6-1/4 inches by 6-1/4" (160 by 160 millimeter) allows for sliding the work piece easily. The housing is made of sturdy plastic (ABS) with a side door to conveniently remove saw dust. Overall size 10-11/4 inches by 7-5/8 inches by 3-11/64 inches (265 by 195 by 85 millimeter). Weight is 4 pounds (1.8 kilograms).
